How do I make an account active if it is in an "Approval Required" status?
How an admin can approve an agent account so it moves from Approval Required to active status.

The Approval Required status requires an admin in the system to sign in to their account to approve the activation of the agent account.
In your company admin account:
Select Agents from your navigation bar, then search for the agent(s) to activate.
Click Approve Agent to make the account active! You can also "deny agent" to deactivate/not allow the account to be made active.
Note: You may need to add Subscriptions if there are no extra subscriptions remaining.
