Adjusting Company Pay Subscriptions and Assigning to Agents
Written By Danny Schaffer
In a Company Pay system, every Active and Suspended agent account takes a subscription. Deactivated and Approval Required status accounts do not take subscriptions.
Adjusting the Number of Company Pay Subscriptions
If you are using the 'Company Pay' model to provide product access to your agent accounts, you can manage your number of subscriptions by hovering over your profile image, then clicking Manage Products and Billing.

On that page, click the My Subscriptions tab to view your subscription billing, including your total subscriptions and your available subscriptions.

Each Company Pay subscription comes with a base level of subscriptions depending on the Tier (1, 35, 200…) and then any number of subscriptions can be added as “Additional Subscriptions” to reach the number you need.
To change the number of subscriptions, click Edit next to “Additional Subscriptions”

This will allow you to adjust your number of Additional Subscriptions by changing that number up or down.
Increasing that number past its current amount will create additional available subscriptions. After adding your desired additional subscriptions, click Update Subscriptions. You will be immediately charged a prorated amount for the number of subscriptions added across the remaining subscription period.
Decreasing that number is only possible if you have current unused “Available” subscriptions. You can go down to the listed Minimum number, then click Update Subscriptions to remove the desired amount of Available Subscriptions. To decrease the number further, you must first “free up” subscriptions by deactivating existing Active agent accounts using the Deactivate Agent button on the Agents page.

Assigning Subscriptions
As long as you have Available Subscriptions on the Manage Products and Billing page, you should be able to assign those subscriptions.
To assign a subscription, head to the Agents page and change the status display drop-down from “All Statuses” to Approval Required, then click Search by Filters to narrow the agent list.

Find the agent you’d like to activate, then click the Approve Agent option to activate their account and assign one of your system’s active subscriptions to it.

If you do not have any active subscriptions, you will be prompted to the Manage Products and Billing page, where you can add more subscriptions.
What if the account isn’t currently set to “Approval Required?”
If you need to activate a currently Deactivated or Suspended account, locate it on the Agents page, then click Request Reactivation on the right side. You will need to enter a little information in a modal first, but then that will send a request to us.
We will review and then set the account to an Approval Required status, where you can then activate it fully using the Approve Agent button.
