Creating a New Template in my Admin account

Note: This option is only available in an Admin account. You are not able to take the action to create a new template in an Agent account.

To create a template in an Admin account, either hover over Templates and click Create new Template, or click on the Templates menu option, then click the Create New Template button.

On the New Template modal, you’ll input your Template Title and Subject Line, then use the default Blank layout, or choose from the other available layouts. Click Save to create the template.

On the Template Details page, refine your Title and Subject Line, add a Preheader, change your template’s Editability by agents, and click Edit to start building your Template’s content!
