Your Drip Campaign template will need to fit a handful of parameters to be selectable in the Drip Campaign builder.

Available (not Archived)
Have the correct number of agent tags (1)
Have zero (0) listing or article tags
With these all in place, your template will appear as an option when selecting 'Use an existing template' for the 'Email Step' of your drip campaign.
