Connecting your BoldTrail account to rezora

You can market to your BoldTrail contacts easily in rezora! After connecting your rezora and BoldTrail accounts, we will automatically sync your contacts periodically. We also sync BoldTrail "hashtags" as distribution lists in your rezora account.

Connecting your account

To connect, hover over your profile image and click Apps & Integrations

Click the "Connect CRM" button under BoldTrail.

Next, you'll need to add your BoldTrail API key. This can be found in your BoldTrail account by heading to the "LeadEngine" area of your account, specifically in the "Lead Dropbox" area. Copy your API key and paste it in the rezora window.

After pasting your API key, click "Connect and Sync".

Our system will connect your accounts and begin the initial sync of contacts and hashtags.

Hashtags to Lists/Spheres:

We take BoldTrail "hashtags" and sync them into your account as Distribution Lists. These lists will have the BoldTrail logo next to them.

In addition to syncing in Distribution Lists, if the setup exists in your system, you can sync BoldTrail hashtags in as rezora Spheres.

BoldTrail "hashtags" that begin with "rezora-" will be synced to spheres with a matching name. For example, a BoldTrail "rezora-OpenHouses" hashtag would sync to a rezora "OpenHouses" sphere.
