What is the "My Monthly Emails" section on the Reporting page?

Your rezora Agent account is able to send up to 30,000 emails per month at no extra cost. A High Volume Sender can send more than 30,000 emails in a given monthly period, with an associated cost per email. 

On the Reporting page in an agent account, you'll see a "My Monthly Emails" section in the right column. This is the main area where you'll be able to see your monthly information.

My Monthly Emails

This area will display an up-to-date account of how many emails *have been sent* from your account in this monthly period.

CURRENT EMAILS SENT

The Current Emails Sent area displays the total emails you have sent across all three email products in rezora (Automation, Drip Campaigns, and Lead Nurture) in the given period. This is a count of the total number of emails sent (to individual contacts) not a count of the marketing pieces created and sent. So:

  • 1 Lead Nurture email marketing piece sent to 500 contacts would count as 500 emails sent

  • 1 Seasonal Automation email marketing piece sent to 500 contacts would count as 500 emails sent

  • 1 Drip Campaign with 5 email steps that 100 contacts journey through in a month would count as 500 emails sent

  • 5 Lead Nurture email marketing pieces sent to 500 contacts each would count as 2,500 emails sent

  • 5 Lead Nurture email marketing pieces each sent to 100 contacts (500 emails), 3 Seasonal Automation email marketing pieces each sent to 75 contacts (225 emails), and a Drip Campaign with 4 email steps with 100 contacts journeying through it completed within a month (400 emails) would count as a total of 1,125 emails sent total across all products.

This area shows the remaining days in your account's recurring Monthly period. The smaller area below indicates the actual date of the coming reset.
