How do I resend or copy a marketing piece?

Copy a past sent Lead Nurture email and resend it.

Copying a Piece

  1. Head to the Lead Nurture page and select the "History" tab.

  2. Find your email and click the Copy button on the right.

Note: If the Copy button is grey and unclickable, that likely means the template used to create that email is no longer available in your system.

Resending the Piece

  1. Make any needed changes to the content using the “Edit Content” button. If you make any changes, a test email is always recommended.

  2. Click Select Email Recipients

  3. Select your recipients by dragging and dropping Contact names or Distribution Lists in the Recipients area to the top right.

  4. Click Send Now or Schedule for Later
