What is a “bounced contact”?
Written By Danny Schaffer
A bounce happens when our email servers send an email to a recipient's email provider's server (such as AOL, Yahoo, etc), and that server sends back a message saying that the email was not delivered. There are many reasons that this could happen, but ultimately it is the recipient's email provider that bounces the contact, not us, and we're obliged to take their word for it. Some of the most common bounced messages are: mailbox full, invalid email address, and content rejected; although there are many variations on bounce messages.
If you are certain a bounced address is valid and deliverable, and has opted in to receive your emails, please contact us at support@rezora.com with the address in question to get it cleared up.
