How do I send an Internal Email to my Roster Contacts? (Admin only)

Written By Danny Schaffer

With rezora's Internal Email feature, you can send a non-marketing email to your integrated Roster list if you are using a brand or company admin's Connected Profile.

Don't have an integrated roster connection either directly with rezora or via BoldTrail, but you're interested? Reach out to us today at info@rezora.com

How to accept a Roster list (first time)

If your brand or company has a roster list integration with rezora, and you are using a company or brand admin's connected agent profile, you can enable Roster Contacts.

This syncs contacts from your Roster integration and brings the contacts of your brand or company directly into your connected agent profile.

To accept a list, head to your agent profile (hover over "Profile: Admin" at the top right, then click Switch to agent profile), then head to the Contacts page.

Scroll down and look for the Available Distribution Lists area on the right side. Look for Roster Contacts list and click "Accept". Confirm in the modal, and you'll start syncing roster contacts.

How to send an Internal Email to Roster contacts

Now that you have a Roster Contacts connection, you can make an Internal Email send to those Roster contacts.

Internal emails are special sends that are intended for non-marketing purposes (internal communications, required communications to agents, etc.). They are sent to recipient Roster contacts even if some of the selected recipients have unsubscribed from your marketing emails or bounced previously.Β

Internal emails can only be sent to Roster Contacts.

To make an internal email, build your email via Lead Nurture and go through the normal motions (finalize your content, send your test email, etc).

On the Create Marketing Piece | Edit page, just about the Subject Line field, you'll see the "This is an internal email" checkbox. Only check this box if you intend to send the email to Roster contacts only, as you will not be able to select other contact types for this send.

Head to the Select Email Recipients step and select your Roster contacts individually or drag and drop the Roster Contacts list into the Recipients area. You will only see your Roster Contacts on this page when it is marked as an Internal Email.

When you've added all contacts, schedule your email for later, or send now.
