How to see which contacts opened a marketing piece and export the data

To see the individual contacts who opened a marketing piece

  1. Head to the Lead Nurture page and click on the History tab.

  2. Find the piece in question

  3. Click on the blue percentage under "Opens". This will bring up a modal where you can see all of the contacts who opened a piece, as well as how many times.

  4. You can click the "EXPORT" button at the top of the modal to get a CSV file with that data.

Note: Contacts who have the Click and Link Tracking setting turned off will not count toward this percentage or be visible in the modal as no tracking will be present in emails sent to them..
