How do I create collections and add templates to them?
Written By Danny Schaffer
This article is only relevant if you have an Admin level account. Agents are not able to make Collections.
Collections are groupings of templates that you can build as an Admin that an agent will need to Authorize in order to use the content within them.

This can be a great way to provide access to specific content that may not be relevant to everybody. You can put regular Zephyr templates that are active for Lead Nurture and even add company-scheduled sends within Collection.
Creating A Collection
In a Company Admin account, hover over Templates > Collections and then click on Reporting & Scheduling.

Click New at the top right of the Collections area to reach the creation page.

On the Create New Collection page, you’ll enter the key details of your collection. If you have a solid vision of what content you’ll be providing via this template, make the Title and Subtitle to provide a brief description of what content will be contained within.
Set the Start Date to be in the past if you want to launch the collection immediately, or in the future if you want to launch the Collection at a certain date. Note: You will not be able to add templates to a collection unless the Start Date is in the past.
Set the End Date for the future. If the End Date is ever met, the Collection and templates within will no longer be available to agents.
You can make a Collection Private to only give certain Groups or Agents access to the templates within the Collection. Check the Private box if you wish.
Click Save Changes.

Adding Templates to A Collection
When you have an Active collection (active meaning a Start Date in the past and an End Date in the future), you can add Active templates to the collection.
This action restricts the template to only agents who have authorized the Collection.
To add templates to a Collection, hover over Templates > Collections and then click on Manage Collections.

On the Collections | Manage Collections page, locate templates that are currently Activated for Lead Nurture on the left.
When you’ve located a Template to add, click and drag the template title into a Collection on the right to add it to that Collection.
Note: If you do not see a Collection available on this page, it means the Start Date hasn’t yet arrived, or the End Date is in the past. Head back to the “Reporting & Scheduling” page, click on the Collection, and edit the dates to make it available.

Managing Agent/Group Access to a Collection (optional)
If you have made a Collection Private in its settings, you’ll need to control who has the ability to see and authorize that Collection.
Hover over Templates > Collections and click either Manage Group Access or Manage Agent Access to manage either Group or Agent access, respectively.

Depending on the page you’re on, locate the Group or Agent on the left, then Drag & Drop their name into the Private Collection on the right to grant them access.
