Creating a Drip Campaign as an Admin

Note: Only "Admin" level accounts can create or alter Drip Campaigns.

To create a new Drip Campaign, hover over Drip Campaigns, and select 'Create New Drip Campaign'

Then, provide the Drip Campaign a Title, and a Description so your agents know what kind of content will be sent to the contacts they add to this Campaign.

Finally, begin fleshing out the Campaign itself by adding the various steps to create the journey for contacts to proceed through.
