Connecting an Admin Account to Office ID(s)

If your company system is connected to receive MLS data either through a brand feed or an MLS data integration, your admin account can utilize the Our Listings page to pull in your office’s listings.

Where Do I Manage My Office IDs?

Hover over the profile menu and click Our Listings at the bottom to reach the Our Listings page. Click the Manage Listing Feeds button to proceed.

Note: If you do not have any available MLS feeds, you will be notified on this page.

Connecting using Office IDs

On the Manage Your Listing Feeds page, scroll to the area labeled “1. Select your MLS (from your company's list) and enter your Office ID below.”

Select your MLS. If an MLS is not available here, you may need to seek additional MLS integration in your admin account.

After selecting your MLS, enter your Office ID and click Connect. Repeat the process for any other needed office IDs.

Connecting Using a Listing

On the Manage Your Listing Feeds page, scroll to the area labeled “2. Find one of your office's listings.”

In the “Search for a Listing (by listing ID)” text field, type the Listing ID of one of your team’s currently active listings, then click Search.

Look for the listing in question then click Select. On the right side of the modal, review the information, then check the Yes, this is our office box if it matches your office.

Click the Connect Office button to add the office ID to the account.

Disconnect an Office ID

You may need to remove an office ID from your admin account at some point. To do so, head back to the “Manage Your Listing Feeds” page and look at the Connected MLS Accounts area on the right.

Find the Office ID you wish to disconnect, then click the Disconnect button. Finally, click the Yes, disconnect this MLS Office button in the modal as final confirmation to remove the office.

Note: This does not end an MLS integration connection, only removes an Office ID populating listing data to your Our Listings page and the “Select a Listing” step of the Lead Nurture process.
