How to set up a Gmail filter so rezora verification code emails always reach your inbox

Written By Danny Schaffer

If you use Gmail as your email client, you can put a Filter in place to establish a standard for how that account should treat your verification code emails.

  1. In your Gmail account, click the "Filter" button shown below in the Search field.

In Gmail, an arrow points to the controls section on the right side of the "Search Mail" area.
  1. Set the From address as "info@rezora.com" and the Subject as "Your rezora Verification Code"

  2. Click the Create Filter button at the bottom.

Highlighted boxes show "info@rezora.com" in the "From" field and "Your rezora Verification Code" in the "Subject" field. An arrow at the bottom shows "Create Filter".
  1. Make sure to click the Never send it to spam checkbox.

  2. Check the Categorize as checkbox

  3. Set the drop-down menu to "Primary"

  4. Click the “Create Filter” button

In the "Create Filter" menu, "Never send it to spam" is checked, and the "Categorize it as" box is checked and set to "Primary". An arrow points to the Create Filter button at the bottom.

You now have a Filter in place to automatically send the "rezora Verification Emails" to your inbox every time!

Note: You can click "Settings" > "See all settings", and then navigate to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab to review, edit, or delete your Filters at any time.

In Gmail, an arrow points to the Settings cog wheel at the top right with a second arrow pointing to the "See All Settings" button.
An arrow points to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab at the top with the filter that was just set up in the main area. A highlighted area to the right shows the edit and delete buttons for the new filter.
