Can I use third-party lists of email addresses with rezora?

So maybe you found an enticing service online that promises to sell you a "fully opt-in" or "permission-based" email list. Your eyes get wide as you think about all the new individuals that you can reach! But then comes to mind the more important question: "Is this CAN-SPAM compliant? Am I allowed to use this list in rezora?"

It is very unlikely that proper consent has been obtained for all the email addresses in the list, and it would be very risky to purchase and use such a list. Furthermore, in our Terms of Service you will find this line, which makes the topic pretty cut and dry:

"User will not access or otherwise use third-party mailing lists in connection with preparing or distributing unsolicited e-mail to any third party."

If that wasn't enough to convince you to steer clear of these lists, perhaps you can consider who your intended target audience is and truly ask yourself if the nameless individuals on that list would in fact be your target audience. Most likely the answer is no, and it is more appropriate to stick with your best contacts who you know are interested in what you have to offer.
