How do I find which contacts have "bounced"?

Head to the Contacts page and use the Options there to view these contacts, then take action if needed.

To check which contacts have bounced:

  1. Go to your Contacts page

  2. Click the Options drop-down tab in the Contacts box

  3. Click Show Bounced Contacts.

If you want to delete these contacts…

Note: Deleting these contacts is not required, but it is an action you can perform.

Delete them individually from the list in the main Contacts area on the left. You can also export the list of bounces first, then delete the entire bounced list:

  1. Head to the Options drop-down tab again and click “Export Current XXXX Contacts” to download a file.

  2. Click Options again, then Click Delete Current XXXX Contacts. Important Note: DO NOT click “Delete All Contacts”. This is a permanent action that will delete all of your contact data.
