Connecting your Agent ID to pull in listings

If your system has an MLS connection, you should be able to add your Agent ID to your account to pull in your listing information for use with Automation and Lead Nurture emails.

Hover over your Profile Picture and click My Listings.

Click the Manage Listing Feeds button to reach the page where you can add your ID.

Note: We are always trying to match users to Agent IDs in an MLS. If we get a listing that is tied to your account email address in the MLS, but isn’t present in your account, we’ll try to add that Agent ID to your account automatically.

Connecting with your Agent ID

Connecting your MLS via your Agent ID is easy. If you have any available MLS connections, you’ll see the ability to select an MLS from the drop-down menu on the left.

Select the MLS in question, then enter your agent ID in the text field below and click Connect to complete it!

Connecting using an active Listing ID

Scroll down to “2. Find one of your listings,” enter your active listing’s Listing ID, and click Search.

In the modal, select the listing that belongs to you, check the box for your name, and click Connect Accounts. We will pull the Agent ID from that listing and apply it to your account.

All active listings we’re receiving will be displayed in your account and, in the future, your listings will pull right into your account.
